A short, practical, graphical guide to Posting on Eph-Log

For those of you who prefer to just dive in (the "don't read the manual" types),  you can simply follow the menu links in the first three images,  and "wing it" from there.  It is,  in fact,  not so hard.

You can also click here to go directly to the screen to add a story,  or click here for the screen to add any sort of content.  More advanced users can find a total administrative overview panel here.

For the rest of you-- those who didn't learn to swim by plunging in the middle of the Hoosac during spring thaw! -- it may still be fine to start at one of these places,  but the below are intended as a "condensed soup" reference set,   to let you know what anything unfamiliar actually does.

1) CREATE AN ARTICLE ("Story"):

start with "Content Management" in the top menu bar

then choose "create content"

then choose to make a "story"

2.  Edit your "Story"

2a)  Give your "story" a "Title"
 

2a)  And then input the Body (content) of the Story

2a)  Set a "teaser" if you wish...

3) And then deal with various Advanced Options...
